I saw that I was the one making myself miserable, and as long as I believed the self-destructive thoughts, nothing was going to change.

So I became pretty great at spotting what was wreaking havoc in my life. I learned to identify the self-sabotaging voices. I could clearly see the destructive thoughts that ran rampant through my head. I knew that they weren’t actually true.

Once I saw these myths for what they are and realized they’re not true, I flipped the switch to loving myself unconditionally and believing that I’m the most beautiful, brilliant, worthy woman on the planet.
